Buy gender neutral big ticket items to reuse for future children of opposite gender.

So it's looking like my second child is going to be a boy, but the jury is still out. Now I am looking at my first baby's pink stroller, infant car seat and swing and I truly do not want to repurchase them in boy or neutral colors. I also am not thrilled that people might be confused or give me shit that my baby boy is in a pink stroller. Of course, I can just deal and use them anyway and that wouldn't be such a big deal. But I wish I had bought the big ticket items in gender neutral colors.EDIT: Not here to get into a gender debate - this is all about personal preference. I do not believe an infant is affected by color choices. Just suggesting to consider your own feelings about the items for future children if you intend to only purchase these items once.
